Lektion: "Gib mir High Five"

hi guys Julie the cat teacher here with
my assistant Jones and today I'm going
to show you how I teach behaviors with
my favourite target the sticky note
sticky note is such a great target it's
easy to use it's cheap and it's so
versatile alright let's get started all
you're gonna do is show your cut the
treat
place it under the sticky note and click
as soon as they use their paws to move
it then give them a treat there you go
alright once your cat is doing well at
touching the sticky note you can start
to use it to teach them other behaviors
so let's teach low five I'm gonna place
the sticky note on my hand don't stir it
off in a sit and just like that again
the final step would be to fade the
sticky notes you can just make it
smaller until eventually there you go
all right let's do the same thing for
high five so I'm gonna hold my hand up
high for that good and then again I'm
gonna make it a little bit smaller and
fast forward and fade it out completely
good so now you've got your low five and
your high five
all right that's it for today thanks for
watching and have fun training your cat

hi guys welcome back to my channel in
this video i'm going to show you how to
train
your stubborn cat to use a kitty door
now i wanted to do this video because i
do a lot of videos on lifestyle topics
and definitely include our animals and
things i run into with them
and for this particular situation we
wanted to get our kitty box
outside so it would just be so much
cleaner in our master bath that's where
we've had the cat box for the past
year at our house and we wanted to move
it outdoors
so we went ahead and purchased a kitty
door
on amazon i'll go ahead and link that in
the video
i wouldn't recommend buying one at your
local like home depot or farm supply
because they're super expensive you can
get one for a fraction of the cost on
amazon and they work just
great um i was really surprised at how
hard it was to train our cat to get to
use the kitty door
i always had cats growing up and it was
super easy
and when i went to find videos online
that might be helpful in training
there wasn't much in the way of training
videos so i'm going to show you how we
got our cat to use it it did take her
about a month
so don't give up be patient and i'll
show you some techniques to get through
this training period
all right guys so the rest of this video
is going to be done on the floor
so i can show you how to best train your
cat to use the cat door
so for starters i just want to show you
the kind that we have
and it does have this locking mechanism
which i think is pretty useless because
we're never planning on having this
loft and it does have a magnet on the
bottom
so this is a pretty secure one so i like
it that it's kind of airtight you don't
like
get bugs and like potentially rodents in
um although we did have a squirrel get
through
this when we were in the middle of
training and i'll tell you why
um but we did have a magnet on this and
you do have these locking clips so we
always leave it unlocked
and the magnet does provide a little bit
of tension on the door so it is
pretty hard for a smaller animal to push
through it
so um what we did when we first
installed it
and you can do this with the door closed
is just put some treats
around the door and especially the other
side has a little sill
so um i put treats and cat foods on that
cats want to be able to spread their
scent on things to get more comfortable
with them
so it's a great way for them to just get
close to the area that they're going to
be entering and exiting
so you can do the treats and the cat
food by this area
and you can do that for several days
until they kind of get their scent on
the area
or you can start with fully opening
the door and putting the treats around
it and how you would keep the door
completely open is we just got some on
thick painters tape this is like two and
a half
inch three inch tape and i went ahead
and just popped
the door open
and then taped it up from there
so you can invest in some like plastic
hooks if you wanted to
um if you wanted this to look nicer and
i can
have those slide in the video right now
so you know what i'm talking about
they're just the ones that have the
sticky on the back
and and those you could stick right on
the back of the door
and then have another one here and put
like a string type thing
if this tape was just not attractive to
you
so when we first started off you're just
going to want to have
the door completely open like this
and again use the treats and like even
feed your cat in this area
so they get used to putting their scent
on it and
get used to being around it because they
will notice even the slightest
difference
in a door and feel uncomfortable being
around it
so once your cat's used to the door
and if they start going in and out
that's great on their own
if they don't you're going to want to
put them on the other side of the door
and leave some cat food when it's
feeding time and you know they're going
to be hungry
or some cat treats on the other side and
just encourage them
to come on through if that doesn't work
just keep proceeding with um putting
treats and foods around the door
and hopefully that will lead them
through
um and if you have a good relationship
with your cat you can definitely give
them some encouragement and kind of like
push them through which i definitely did
with our cat because i got a little bit
um impatient with training her and she
was really hesitant walking through the
door
so i just like put her food on the other
side she wouldn't get it on her own
so just go ahead and manually push her
through the door
and she eventually started going on her
own
so once your cat is and this is why i
like the tape method
because it's just super easy once your
cat is comfortable
with that height you're going to want to
slowly start lowering the door
and i would wait like four to five days
with each level and definitely don't
move a litter box or something like that
where there's a big commitment
outside until your cat is fully trained
i don't want
any accidents inside so we still have
the cat box inside because
she's just now getting used to going
through the door completely on her
own so i wanted to do this video while i
was still fresh in my head
but i still am not confident moving the
cat box out once i see her consistently
going through without getting
scared i'll be moving it outside so
lower the door same thing treats and
food
and our cat goes indoor outdoors so she
knows when it's feeding time and when
we're home
and she's like hungry at night so it's a
great time to put the food on the other
side of the door because they're already
expecting it they're probably hungry at
that point
and so it's going to encourage them to
come on through
so then you're just going to proceed in
lowering the door
and once i got to about
i would say where the door was like
three inches a jar
she started getting more hesitant going
under
and it took longer and what i did at
this point was i did
like manually push her under and i would
tape the door
going either direction just so she could
get used to
both so that the way that this one works
is it does flap
both ways and and so i would practice
and i would definitely
push her through so she could get used
to
the feeling of the door on her back
that's what she really didn't like and
she was really hesitant about
she felt like it was going to slam on
her
um once she was comfortable doing this
when it had that opening for her
we did drop it all the way down and if
you have another pet to show as an
example
that's a great resource to use i
definitely had our small dog
go through the door and she would watch
that and i do think that made her a bit
more comfortable
um so if you have a small pet you can
encourage them with treats to go through
the door
and show your cat how to do it so once
the door was
all the way closed at this point she was
like no
i'm not doing that like it's completely
closed i'm not getting through
and at this point i did just take her
and
um push her into the door so she could
feel what it felt like
and then um also at night time when she
was ready to eat i
put her food right here open this a
little bit so that she could like smell
the food and stuff
and and i would leave her outside and if
she didn't come in then she didn't eat
so
it's not like we didn't feed her for
days on end but i think
that happened her one night she didn't
eat and the next night or morning when
she was super hungry
that's when she came through the door so
if you just give them a little bit of
encouragement
don't starve your cat not saying don't
feed them i'm just saying that if
they're hungry enough they will come
through the door
and you know with all this training
beforehand
they're going to know that they can make
it through they're just going to be a
little bit scared
and they need that extra push so if you
have any questions or comments
definitely leave them below i hope this
video was helpful
and if you like videos on just like
animal training
lifestyle we have several domestic
animals and also farm animals
so i'll be sure to post more and we'll
see you on the next one

an important life skill for your cat is
to learn how to use a cat flap cat flaps
aren't always easy for cats to learn how
to use particularly if they're nervous
and don't like squeezing into small
spaces or having anything over their
head so here are some simple steps to
help your cat learn how to come and go
as they please keep training sessions to
just a few minutes each time your cat
should get the hang of it in a few days
but every cat is different so be patient
step 1 prop open the cat flap to
encourage them through have something
exciting for them on the other side like
a person with a tasty treat this acts as
a reward to reinforce their behavior
when they go through the flap after
they've been rewarded for going through
a couple of times
leave the flap propped open and give
them space to access it on their own
step 2 lower the height of the flap
slightly and repeat the first part of
step 1
encouraging them through with an
incentive on the other side if they cope
well with the flap at a lower height
reduce even more and repeat step 1 each
time allowing them to explore the flap
on their own if they are not quite
getting the hang of it return to an
earlier step and continue the process
[Music]
step three the final step is to repeat
step one with a fully closed flap by
this time there should be full of
confidence but if they are still
struggling be patient and go back a step
if you need to if your cat is
particularly nervous about things above
their head try the cardboard box method
first place a large box open at both
ends in an open doorway and reward your
cat for walking through it just like in
step one once they are confident walking
through this larger space they may be
ready to tackle something a little
smaller like a cat flap an alternative
to a regular cat flap is to have an
electronic cat flap installed which is
activated by your cat's microchip not
only do electronic flaps help reduce
your cat stress by keeping neighborhood
cats out by ensuring your cat is
microchipped
you also have peace of mind they are
more likely to be found if they ever go

hi welcome to kitten school today we're
going to talk about ways to tame a feral
kitten who is scared and acting out
aggressively so here we have dormouse
this is me taking him out of the carrier
after I picked him up from the shelter
and watch here oh I was not taking
precautions as I should have when
working with this scared kitty cat and
he bit me and what do I mean by
precautions I mean a good pair of tough
leather gloves here's Cindi approaching
dormouse wearing one of the gloves he
did bite the glove a few times but he
seemed to stop the biting once he
realized that the hand wasn't going away
no matter how much he bit so we're still
working with dormouse and the video
progresses pretty quickly but remember
this was a pretty long process from
actually picking him up with the one
hand and petting with the other you want
to go slow wait for the kitty to relax
before moving on with more holding or
taking out of the creek and just a quick
aside that white cage that Cindi is
pulling the kitten out of I call that
the social box that is not where the
kitten stays all the time it's a
technique I use to help socialize cats
and kittens and I did a video on the
social box so I will put a link to that
video at the end of this one if you are
trying to socialize a cat or kitten I
really recommend checking that video out
after a few minutes it's very apparent
that dormouse has relaxed quite a bit
he's looking around his ears aren't flat
back against his head which would
indicate that he is severely scared and
Cindy just continues to pet him and hold
him so after a few minutes of the
inhale dormouse was put back into the
social box for a rest but a few minutes
later I'm going to come along and Pat
him and speak to him very softly maybe
give him a little treat if he's
receptive so you can see he's still a
little unsure right there he tried to
bite me but it was a little half-hearted
this time but I'm still watching out for
him to bite there he goes there he goes
but I come right back and I always
respond to aggression with affection
when it's when it's safe to do and then
walk watch here I'm scratching his head
and his little nose and despite himself
I think he's enjoying it
so even in one day you can see how much
dormouse has really come around
he was a spitting biting just nervous
wreck at the shelter and just some
intensive gentle and repetitive
socialization has made a huge difference
in his comfort level around people this
is not the end of training for dormouse
we're going to be working with him
extensively over the next month or maybe
even longer to make him the best
lovingest Kitty that we can so that he
can be adopted into a forever home so
thanks for watching and look out for
part 2 coming soon
you

Indoor cats. Outdoor cats. A little bit of both. Believe me, this is a debate that's been going on for years and years and today
We're gonna tackle that sucker. Let's get catified
Hey, everybody, Cat Daddy here, Jackson
And yeah, we're gonna get into some murky waters today the whole indoor outdoor cat debate
This is not something that's gonna be resolved overnight and let's get to both sides of what the problem is. On one side
You've got well our cats healthier when they're outside meaning
behaviorally healthier
yeah, they are when cats are able to hunt when they're able to forage when they're able to just discover the the
Problem-solving nature's of being the raw cat they are more grounded in cat mojo
It's what I call raw cat mojo, that's where it happens when nature throws you a curve ball
You learn how to adapt and that is historically, you know, where cats got their mojo. Now
that's one side of things. The other side of things is safety. Now
we know that cats who are outdoor only with a much shorter life than
the ones that are indoors only. Indoors only have a lifespan on the average of about 14 to 15 years. If they're
Outdoors only two to three years. Are you kidding me? That's a huge difference
Indoor outdoor will fall in between but you're still talking about a shorter life if they're going indoor/outdoor.
So that's the problem. Cars are the problem. Disease is the problem. Fights between cats that can spread that disease,
that's a problem. Birds of prey-huge problem. Bigger predators, nasty people, I can go on and on.
That's what shortens the life of a cat who goes outside.
So, where do I fall on this whole thing? I think cats should be indoors. Hey, listen, I'm selfish. I'm selfish
I want my cats to live a long time. I don't want to worry about where they are at night
I don't want to hope that they're smarter than a car. It's plain and simple
So that's where I stand and I've spent most of my career
Giving you guys ways around
The Mojo that might be lost with cats being indoor only. That includes mimicking the hunt catch kill eat
techniques that you see in my play or what we feed them or the schedules that we keep so the cats can retain their
Raw cat rhythm. I have a whole book on that kind of technique
So I'm trying to make it work for everybody and to keep cats alive at the same time. Ok, that's done.
Now we're going to talk about you. You could either be sitting there agreeing with me
you could be cursing me at the moment or you could be somewhere in between. I do have a favor though to ask you if
You are going to let your cats outside
This is what I'd like you to do. Number one first and foremost
Make sure that your cats have proper ID. That's a tag in a collar
Make sure that the collar is a breakaway the kind of it gets snagged on a fence or something like that
It'll just come apart as opposed to strangling your cat
But that being said make sure your cat is microchipped. Only two percent of cats who are
non-microchipped make their way back home when they get lost. Number two
Make sure you have the most incredible pictures of your cat that you can get. Full on
So you get the whole face. Body shot so that you can get markings. That way if your cat gets lost you get those flyers
up there full-color flyers, big paper, reward.
These are the ways to get your cat home. Number three, make sure that your cat has had all their basic vaccines. Pretty self-explanatory.
Number four keep your cats on a schedule. Now
first of all, it's not okay to just open your door first thing in the morning,
let your cats go and then you go off to work. At least, not in my book,
anyway. I want to see my cat's home by sundown
I want to make sure that I'm in control of their schedule and I'm not just hoping they come home
That's where stopping free feeding comes in. If you feed meals especially do it this way
you can let your cat out in the morning if you got to but then make sure that they're hungry so they come home when
You call their name same thing in the afternoon. As I've always said
cats aren't gonna just do stuff for you because you want them to there's got to be something in it for them and
Food is usually that's something.
Now I've told you guys what I'd like you to do if you're going to let your cats out
But I'm gonna make one more case for not letting them out there
You can still bring the outdoors in for your cats
And here's a few ways to do that: Number one a Catio
If you've never seen a catio before you should pick up a copy of my book, Catification, or my other design book
Catify to Satisfy. Kate Benjamin and I go through great
detail about what you can do to bring the outdoors in for your cats and a Catio is a great way of doing this so
If you have an existing space like a screened-in
Porch or something like that
You can make it a lot safer with very little money and get your cats that experience of going outdoors
Watching the birds from there. Hunting little bugs or whatever come into that catio
But that way you're still controlling the outcome of things. The second thing to try: harness training! Now
I know a lot of you guys kind of laugh when I talk about harness training
But if you've watched My Cat From Hell
you've seen me train many many people and many cats how
To work on a harness. Now, not all cats are gonna want it
But if your cat is one of those cats that really wants to be outside all the time
They might be okay being on a harness. It's a step by step thing
I go through that process in other places, I won't do it right now
But consider that. Again, the idea is that you have control over the outside
The outside doesn't have control over your cat. Another thing that you might not have thought of is cat TV
Making sure that you have things like bird feeders outside the windows so that your cats can look outside and sort of passively engage themselves
With that sort of raw cat rhythm. To that end,
Make sure that every window that looks out to the world has a bed in it, has a window box, has one of those
ledges that you can get for very little money that create a
nesting place
for your cats where they could just hang out all day long and watch the traffic go by watch the birds go by watch the

Finally, the last thing I'll give you if you don't want to do the catio and you still want your cats to be outside if
You have a backyard you can use one of those systems that you've seen me use on my show many times
There are cat proofing
fences that you can have in the backyard some of which get attached to existing fences some of which are
freestanding that can come with you when you move and that's as close as you can get to a win-win
When it comes to safely letting your cats go outside. So there you have it the indoor/outdoor debate
You didn't think I was actually gonna settle this debate here today
But at least I'm shedding some light. In my book
You keep cats indoors and if you can't keep them fully indoors that you try to
compromise a little bit and keep control over the outdoors like with Catios and and
Fenced in ways of approaching your backyard
And if you insist on the cats going outside
I gave you some tools for that as well at the end of the day. This is a parenting choice
You make your choices make them wisely make them lovingly and what more could we ask for right?
I want to hear what you guys have to say. Find me on Twitter. Find me on Instagram. Find me on Facebook
Just find me and let's talk this out. Shall we? All right until next time folks light, love, mojo to you.

hi guys and welcome back to Relax my cat
my name is Savannah and here with me
down here is Maya and Maya was once
revered adventurer of the outside world
or at least that's probably how she saw
it Maya used to be an outdoor cat and we
now live in an apartment so she is no
longer an outdoor cat and I thought it'd
make a good video just talking about
this especially if any of you are going to
university or moving out of your homes
or maybe just moving to somewhere where
you don't have outdoor access so if you
move into like a main road and you want
to keep your cat safe and this video is
for that so this one is turning your out
door cat into an indoor cat I do believe
that even the most feral cat can become
an indoor cat but it's always important
to do what's best for your cat if you
have a Dead Set outdoor cat don't make
them an indoor cat okay so my first tip is
my first tip is to slowly reduce the
time your cat spends outside cut it back
by like an hour or two hours every day
and do expect a lot of meowing to go out
if your cat goes out a lot just be sure
that you're leaving a litter tray out if
you're not doing so already otherwise
there could be a few accidents but
yeah actually brings me on to my next
tip it is about the litter make sure you
are leaving out a couple of trays for
your outdoor cat if your cat has been
spayed or neutered or had to spend an
extended amount of time inside they may
remember how to use the litter tray maya
luckily does because she was spayed but she
also had a few complications as well
which meant that she had to stay in a
little bit longer which is fine and it
was great for us because she already
remembered how to use her litter tray
which was perfect so I didn't
have to teach her again so you've
reduced the time outside spending a lot
more time inside using this litter tray
just fine and now you're ready to move
your cat indoors for good if you are
moving to a new home once you release
your cat into your new home make sure
you've got tons of things that smell
like you around the area lots of little
hidey holes that they can hide a little
bits of treats here and there just so
your cat has places where they can feel
safe also when we first moved Maya
into this apartment she spent the first
two days under the bed which is
understandable cuz it smelt like us she would
eat food that was in the bedroom and
then we slowly moved it out further into
the hallway and to living room into the
kitchen once you start getting more
adventurous and if you are moving
your cat to a new home chances are
they're not gonna eat straight away now
exercise with your new indoor cat is
important too you might have to play
with them a little bit more get them
running around and if you are interested
in walking your cat Claire actually did some
amazing videos on that which I'll make
sure I'll link down below there on this
channel anyway definitely check them out
maya is pretty good on the leash but she gets
nervous quite easily and does try to
bolt um which is which is um do you mind
and lastly indoor cats that used to be
outdoor cats will have a few hiccups and
times when they want to go out usually
with this we just put my own in her
harness and send her out but I've been
thinking as well getting one of those
backpacks you know for the cats and
taking her on journeys and what do you
guys think if I get one I'll make a
video on it so that's it for this one
that was my little tips and tricks on
turning your outdoor cat indoors it
worked well for Maya so hopefully it
will work well with your cat so let me know how
it goes and of course we have a t-shirt
competition on at the moment too so I am
going to announce a winner so our winner
this week is Rev mailett-crutcher and
because they left an absolutely huge
comment with loads of good tips and I'll
put it up here but I'm not gonna read
all of it out basically my cat doesn't
like being brushed and gave us tons of
tips on how to get around that other
ways to keep your cat's coat really nice
and glossy so yeah congratulations and
make sure you head over to our Instagram
to DM us your size and your address so
we can get a shirt sent out to you but
don't worry if you didn't win this time
we still have it ongoing all you have to
do is number one be subscribed to relax
my cat make sure you hit the bell beside it
as well just so you get notified when we
post a new video and number two is
post a comment on this video within
60 minutes of it going up and that's it
your in so thank you so so much for
joining in this week again I really
really appreciate it and all your
comments are really lovely and then I'm
really thankful so I'll see you again
next week and thank you so much bye-bye

in today's video I'm gonna teach you
guys how to train a barn cat so this is
little barn cat so some awesome friends
of ours named Nick and Zia rescued wills
mom who happen to be pregnant at the
time they found her in some abandoned
house and she ended up having a bunch of
little kittens and we got to be the
lucky ones to adopt one of those kittens
we've decided to name her lil maybe it's
short for Lilith
maybe it's short for Lilly it's short
for Lily and we're just not quite sure
so her name is lil barn cat barn cat
just to define it for people is a cat
that lives outdoors it has the barn as
its primary shelter people usually have
barn cats to keep down the rodent
population around their farm here at our
place we have a fair amount of mice you
know I made a video the other day about
how I how I trap them but the by far the
best deterrent has been adding Pablo
barn cat to the mix
[Music]
[Music]
the way to train a barn cat it's
actually relatively straightforward and
simple all you need to do is you get a
get a cage like a good-sized cage for a
like a large dog you know the type that
you would you know keep them in is your
crate training them and you got to keep
them in there for about two or three
weeks that part might be a little bit
heartbreaking it's obviously not the
cat's favorite place to be once they get
used to it they become much more chill
so you keep them in the crate for a
couple of weeks the reason this is
important is it teaches them that the
barn is their home and it gets them very
used to that one specific spot and once
you do this after a while they will not
go away from home it will basically
stick around and that's an important
thing because you don't want your barn
cat to drift off into the far reaches of
the pasture you don't want your barn cat
to drift off into the woods where you
know things like foxes and coyotes and
bobcats are there to get them for a
little lil here though we're gonna try
to actually keep her indoors in our
mudroom for probably a couple more
months as you can tell she's Soho
gosh-darn tiny so she's much too young
to be an actual barn cat it's really
important to make sure that even when
you're crate training your barn cat they
get plenty of exercise
Pablo is one of the friendliest nicest
barn cats you'll ever meet an absolute
killing machine but very soft and cuddly
too sometimes you'll find people who
have barn cats that are very standoffish
and skittish and more feral than pet cat
we've spent a lot of time trying to
train Pablo and spend time with Pablo
and get make sure that he feels like
he's got a lot of love and intention the
reason if you guys are wondering to why
we don't actually just have a cat in the
house if we like these things so much is
I'm crazy allergic to cats I'm gonna
have to take a shower and change my
clothes and wash my hands once I get
done shooting this video because
probably within about 20 minutes but
having this little girl here this close
to me I would just start sneezing my
head off my eyes would turn bright red
now some people will wonder is the bark
at a working animal or is it a pet and
I'd say it's actually somewhere in
between it's like a good farm dog
companion somebody just that you can
play with and pet and give a little love
and affection to and not eat like a lot
of the other farm animals but at the
same time they have a very distinct job
and role here at the farm so with Pablo
I still feed him twice a day not a ton
of food because you know for Pablo for
example he's getting a good chunk of his
diet at this point from rodents but but
but we feed him twice a day just to have
that ritual of him feeling like he
belongs at this house and this is his
home and the barn is his home
so beyond that there is too much more to
how we train our barn cats
it's just give them some love and
attention make sure you give them food
make sure that they have a safe place in
the barn that can be their home make
sure that you let them know where home
is
and then just take care of them because
I got to say I'm not a cat person at all
but somehow these two little barn cats
have wormed their way into my heart and
a very weird and unexpected way and I'm
pretty happy about it hope you guys
enjoyed this video be sure to subscribe
and you'll be able to watch and follow
as a little little hair grows and I'll
be sure to keep you guys up to date

sit
hey there cat schoolers Julie the
cat teacher here with my assistant Jones
today I am going to show you how to
teach your cat sit
there are a couple different methods we can use to teach our pets to
sit but today I'm going to show you the
luring method. Luring is when you take a
treat and you guide your cat into a
position or an action so let's say I
want to get Jones to spin I could use a
treat and guide him around and that
would be luring
so all I'm going to do is draw the treat
up click as soon as he puts his bum down
toss the treat away and start that again
so as soon as he approaches I draw the
treat up click as soon as that butt goes
down or say yes if you don't have a
clicker yet and then toss a treat away
to get him up and repeat a bunch of
times. If you find that your cat is
lifting their two paws up that means
that you are placing the treat too high
above their head so if I do this see how
he lifts those paws up so when you're
luring your cat into a sit you want to
put the treat just above their head but
not too high that they lift their paws
up
now we are going to fade the treat out
of this hand okay so we don't want the
cat to always be looking to see where
the treat is so I've got a little trick
for that I'm gonna have a treat in each
hand now and I'm gonna start to feed him
with this hand so I get him to sit with
this hand and feed him with that hand
and we keep doing that until you don't
need a treat in this hand so yes
as you can see this becomes your hand
signal so yes yes
once your cats really good at the signal
you might be wondering if you can use a
verbal cue like sit instead of a hand
signal and you can. So the way that you
teach that is as your cat is approaching
you and just about to sit sit
pair the verbal cue with the action good
boy
I personally like to use hand signals
with cats because it's it's very clear
for them and it's easy for them to
follow. Teaching sit with a verbal cue
is not that hard
sit good good job Jones sit
have fun training friends and we'll see
you soon
